John Maxwell Home builder does constant and frequent compliance check of all trades involved in the construction of your home at each critical stage of construction. Also, we believe in  progressive walk-throughs with you during construction to ensure total satisfaction.

John Maxwell Home builder’s Sales Professionals are there to ensure your vision and satisfaction during each part of the process. They will take the time to listen to your needs and guide you throughout the process of selecting the right specs and the right type of Home you need and suitable to your budget.

Once your build is proceeding, your sales agent  will help you schedule supplier visits and site walk-through and will be your primary contact to provide updates during construction phase  and respond to any concerns you may have.

John Maxwell Home builder’s  team will introduce you to the Architect team that will design the home according to your specs and needs. You will be providing the team with a concept that you like and that concept will be generated based on your requirements , John Maxwell holistic , symbiotic Living concept and eco Sensitive approach and will be incorporated in the drawing  that will be proposed to the client.  Also, the client is welcome to select a home from John Maxwell Home gallery.

Our accounting and finance team is responsible to manage the paperwork related to the financial aspect of building your home. That department will be dealing with you financial institution in regards to your construction loan or your draw mortgage.  All the paperwork will be handled by our experts , you and your financial institution.

This department is responsible of taking care of the warranty aspect of you home. Our customer service agents  are  to handle all possible issues that may arise if any. Our goal is to handle any concerns promptly without delay or procrastination to ensure your total satisfaction.

If wanted we offer framing and trade rough-in walk-through, as well as one mandatory  pre-possession walk-through to give you the opportunity to voice you opinion during  the process.
